Returns Policy

RSC Sales Company Return Policy

​If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or replacement, less a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be received no later than 30 days from our ship date, and a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be included.  Returns after this time frame WILL NOT be accepted.  Service Reminder Printers must be returned in the original box, with all accessories included, and in like-new condition in order to be eligible for a refund.  Return freight and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Custom imprinted products are not refundable. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and arrange for shipping. RSC Sales Company reserves the right to refuse any return on a case-by-case basis.
